This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 337 days in filing the above Civil Revision Petition.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the issue is mainly with regard to payment of the award amount, though there is no proper reasons assigned to condone the delay, in order to give quietus to the issue, this petition is Ordered.
