This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to take necessary action based on the DVAC complaint of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023 against the persons under the respondents 3 and 4.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 05.06.2023, a preliminary enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. Hence, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.
