O R D E R

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the claim of the petitioners for grant of patta in their favour, by disposing of their representations dated 02.05.2024 and 04.06.2024.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. Pursuant to the final decree dated 22.10.2018 passed by the Principal District Munsif, Chengam, in O.S.No.203 of 2005, the petitioners have submitted their representations dated 02.05.2024 and 04.06.2024 to the respondents for grant of patta. However, no action has been taken by the respondents on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition. 2/4

Considering the representations submitted by the petitioners based on the civil Court decree, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the petitioners representations dated 02.05.2024 and 04.06.2024 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
