It is brought to the notice of this Court that even before the learned Advocate Commissioner was appointed by this Court, there was a repossession by the applicant them.

Even though the Advocate Commissioner had been appointed by this Court by its order dated 25.06.2024, no steps have been taken by the Advocate Commissioner. The Advocate Commissioner is also not present before this Court today.

The learned counsel for the applicant wants to withdraw the application.

In such view of the matter, the warrant issued by this Court is recalled and the applicant is permitted to withdraw the application.

The application is dismissed as withdrawn.
