ORDER

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2014. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. The writ petitioner was working as Teacher - Weaving and further promoted to the post of Graduate Teacher (History) in the Govt. High School, Nannadu and Post, Villupuram District. However, the increment due to the writ petitioner has not been paid in time and the writ petitioner made representation to the fourth respondent on 23.07.2014 based on G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance (CMPC) Department, dated 31.12.2014.

3. Without going into the merits of the matter, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2014 and pass orders within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
