Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 and Mr.Mohd. Fayaz Ali, learned counsel accepts notice for R3. They are armed with instructions to enable a final disposal of this Writ Petition, even at the stage of admission. No notice is thought necessary to R2, private respondent, as his interests are duly taken note of and protected by virtue of this order.

2. The petitioner seeks a mandamus directing the first respondent, District Magistrate/District Revenue Officer, Erode to pass orders on its representation dated 05.04.2024.

3. Mr.Baranidharan would accede to the pendency of the representation before R1.

4. In light of the aforesaid and since the representation has been pending since first week of April, 2024, mandamus is issued to R1 to issue notice to the petitioner, R2 and R3 as well as any others that are necessary for proper disposal of the representation, consider all documents that may be filed, hear the 2/4

parties and pass orders in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.
