ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus directing the first respondent herein to dispose the case O.A.No. 02 of 2023 within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Heard Mr. S.V.Karthikeyan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr. N.R.R. Arun Natarajan, learned Special Government Pleader, who has taken notice on behalf of the respondents.

4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents states that O.A.No. 02 of 2023 will be disposed of within a period of 6 months.

5. The said statement is received as an undertaking given by the

respondents to this Court. Needless to add, in case of any violation of the statement, the respondents will be liable to be proceeded for contempt.

6. Recording the statement made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the respondents to dispose of O.A.No. 02 of 2023 within a period of six months from today. No costs.
