Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10.02.2020 made by the petitioner seeking to take action against the third respondent in accordance with law and within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation dated 10.02.2020 made by the petitioner seeking to take action against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

third respondent in accordance with law and within a time frame to be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

There is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, Heard Mr.J. Kumaran, learned Additional Government Pleader (Puducherry) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2. 3.

The petitioner submitted a representation on 10.02.2020 before the first respondent to take departmental action as against the second respondent. Since, the second respondent is being the statutory authority and as such the direction cannot be issued on the representation submitted by the petitioner.

In view of the above, the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
