(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) An affidavit has been filed by the State Commissioner for the Differently Abled making suggestions to be incorporated in the guidelines over which, it is stated that the State Government has no issue.

2. The modified guidelines by incorporating the suggestions be issued within ten days, as stated.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
