2. This petition has been filed pursuant to the earlier direction issued by this Court.

3. It is now open to the designated competent authority to disburse the amount to the depositors in accordance with the provisions of TNPID Act, 1997. If the competent authority has any practical difficulty, he can get clarification either from this Court or from the Special Court. The competent authority shall file an application before the Special Court for 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

C.M.P.No.14364 of 2023 in O.S.A.No.19 of 2016 S.S.SUNDAR , J and P.DHANABAL, J disbursement of the available amount within a period of one (1) week from today and the Special Court shall pass orders forthwith in the said application in order to avoid delay in disbursement of the amount by the competent authority.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
