ORDER

The petitioner has superannuated on the service of the second respondent on 31.05.2016 after completing 18 years of service. Prior to that, the petitioner was discharged from service and thereafter reinstated.

2. It is the case of the petitioner while settling the retiral benefits of an amount of Rs.1,69,625/- has been wrongly retained by the respondents. Under these circumstances, the petitioner sent representation dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.05.2019 to the respondents. However, the aforesaid representation of the petitioner has not evoked any response from the respondents.

3. Considering the same, the fact that the petitioner has sent representation and it is not evoked any response, this Court is inclined to dispose this writ petition by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law and on merits.

4. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
