Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to measure and ear marked property based on the sale deeds and Grama Natham Patta No.418 and to issue sketch with specific boundaries, by considering the petitioner representation dated 19.10.2020.

''K.Kuppan, Son of Kannappan, Kamarasar Street, Kilkuppam Village, Arakkonam Taluk, Vellore District'' is impleaded as 3rd respondent in this petition vide order dated 01.12.2020 in WMP.No.21942 of 2020.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 19.10.2020 wherein the petitioner has sought for measurement of the subject property and to lay the boundary stones.

2. Heard Mr.Ma.Pa.Thangavel, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.K.Parameswaran, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 and 2.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and conduct an enquiry and the first respondent shall take a decision strictly in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the first respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
