Today at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case has been listed under the caption "for Being Mentioned". It is brought to the notice that the date of remand has been wrongly mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the order dated 02.06.2025 as 07.05.2025, instead of 10.05.2025. Likewise in 1/4

paragraph No.7 there is no time limit for the petitioner surrendering before the Lower Court and executing bond and for this reason the surety affidavit and bail bond not entertained and returned by the trial Court with the following endorsement:- "Returned:

1.As per the order of Hon'ble High Court, Madras in Crl.O.P.No.15200/2025, dt:13.05.2025, the direction was given to the Petitioner / Accused to report before the Superintendent of Jail, the Central Prison for Women, Puzhal, on 04.06.2025 at 10.30 A.M.

2.There is no direction as the surrender of the accused before this Court. Hence, Surety Memo is returned."

2.It is hereby clarified that petitioner approached this Court and obtained an order on 02.06.2025, earlier the petitioner was to report before the Superintendent of Jail, the Central Prison for Women, Puzhal, on 04.05.2025 at 10.30 A.M. after this Court passed orders on 02.06.2025 this condition no more is required, hence the order is amended for clarity vide paragraph No.7. Hence, this Court directs the Sessions Judge, POCSO Court, Chengalpattu to accept the 2/4

surrender and bond to be executed by the petitioner for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with like sum sureties.

3.As regards para 2 of the order, the date of remand shall be read as 10.05.2025, instead of 07.05.2025. The other conditions remain unaltered. The petitioner is directed to comply with the conditions within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 06.06.2025 gbi Note: Issue order copy on 09.06.2025.
