The Official Liquidator would submit that in response to the publication, there was no person present in respect of the property, however there were no bidders as well.

2. The Official Liquidator is directed to put up public notice at the premises in question namely Survey No.307, Door No.21, CSI School Street, Thantarai Pattabiram, Chennai- 72 inviting bids from the general public and also to put up the Public Notice at the Notice Board of the office of the Official Liquidator where prospective bidders may make enquiries.

3. List the matter on 31.01.2020.
