The petitioner/wife seeks transfer of FCOP No.115 of 2021 on the file of the Family Court, Namakkal to the Sub Court, Trichy.

2. The transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife who is a resident of Athani, Manachanallur Taluk, Thiruchirapalli District. The husband is a resident of Navaladipatti Village, Senthamangalam Taluk, Namakkal District.

3. Considering the fact that the husband is a resident of Namakkal, I am of the opinion that the proceedings in FCOP No.115 of 2021 could be transferred to a Sub Court where the personal appearance of the parties is not required for every hearing. The inconvenience caused to the husband will also be greatly reduced. Therefore, FCOP No.115 of 2021 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Namakkal and transferred to the Principal Sub Court, Trichy to be tried and disposed of in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

accordance with law. The Transfer CMP is disposed of as above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
