Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to enquire into the complaint dated 12.06.2014 of the petitioner and to submit report to the Government to issue orders to prosecute the 3rd respondent for violating the settlement dated 18.03.2014 entered with the petitioner union under Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 in accordance with Section 29 of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and further to direct the 3rd respondent from altering the service conditions of the members of the petitioner union whose names are given in the annexure to this affidavit in any manner including closure without taking prior permission under Section 25O of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947. The learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner made a submission that the Industry is closed. Thus, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in the present writ petition. If any grievance exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to them to adjudicate the same in the manner known to law.
