This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to conduct appropriate investigation in the Crime No.140 of 2020, pending on the file of the Thimiri Police Station and file the final report at the stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a "Woman missing" FIR was registered by the respondent police and subsequently the missing woman appeared before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Oothangarai. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a report has to be submitted to that effect before the concerned Magistrate Court and stated that it will be done within a period of ten days from today. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this criminal original petition is closed.
