Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the Resolution No.170 dated 04.07.2015 passed by the 1st respondent and consequential order made in Confl.No.1591 dated 21.08.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and quash the same and further directing the 1st respondent to take the complaint dated 15.09.2014 on file and take action against the 2nd respondent for his misconduct under the Advocates Act.
