JUDGMENT
The plaintiffs have filed the suit for the following reliefs: (a)permanent injunction restraining the defendant, his men, agents, employees, associates, servants and anybody claiming through him to refrain from addressing any letters, mails, communications or otherwise disseminate, promulgate or circulate any material or information adverse to the interest of the plaintiffs or their activities, as being clientattorney privileged information; and (b)directing the defendant to pay costs of the suit.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs submitted that the suit may be dismissed as settled out of court and the Registry may be directed to refund half of the court fee. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the plaint.
3. Considering the said submission and also considering the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, the suit is dismissed as settled out of court. Registry is directed to refund half of the court fee to the plaintiffs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
