O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to not to harass the petitioner and his other Directors to force them to return back the amount of Rs.4,25,000 to the defacto complainant till the sold cars are recovered.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Mohan Kumar, petition enquiry in CSR No.347 of 2016 is pending. Under such circumstances, blanket order of 'not to harass' cannot be passed. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry and during the course of enquiry, he shall not be harassed. However, if any cognizable offence is made out, this order would not be a shield against the arrest of the accused. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

With the above observation, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
