ORDER
This writ petition is heard through Videoconferencing, on account of the COVID-19 pandemic situation.
2. The petitioner has sought for a mandamus forbearing the respondent from seizing the petitioner's tanker lorries 8 in numbers.
3. For the purpose of business, the petitioner had purchased 9 tanker lorries, which were hypothecated with the respondent-bank. In view of the default in payments, the respondent attempted to re-possess the vehicles. Hence, the above writ petition is filed.
4. Only notice was issued at the time of admission. Mr.S.Suresh, learned counsel, representing the respondentbank, states that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner had settled the amounts due to the respondent-bank.

5. As the amounts were settled, no further order needs to be passed in this writ petition and hence the same is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
