Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to furnish the OMR sheet of the petitioner's son Tarun Krishna, who appeared for the National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023 Page No.2 of 6

(NEET) under Roll No.4101040178 either by mailing a scanned copy of the OMR sheet to his email id mtarunkrishna2005@gmail.com. Mr.K.Sreenivasa Murthy, accepts notice for respondents 1 and 3, Mrs.Sunitha Kumari, accepts notice for the second respondent, Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice for the fourth respondent, Mrs.Shubaranjani Ananth, accepts notice for the fifth respondent. In view of the consent expressed by learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

According to the petitioner, he completed Higher Secondary Examination conducted by State Board of School Examinations, Tamil Nadu during May 2023. After which, he appeared for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (UG) 2023 (NEET) on 07.05.2023 and the results were uploaded on 12.06.2023, wherein he had secured only 98 marks out of 720, which is much less than the expectation of the petitioner. Being not satisfied with the marks obtained in the above said examination, the petitioner sent an email on 15.06.2023 to the respondents seeking to send his OMR sheet to his Page No.3 of 6

email Id. As there is no response from the respondents till date, having no other alternative, the petitioner has come up with the above writ petition. When the matter is taken up for hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the second respondent produced the OMR sheet, scanned copies and calculation sheet to the petitioner. Hence, he prayed for passing appropriate orders.

In the light of the submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further adjudication is necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
