This Court on the last hearing date, recorded that both the parties have entered into a joint memorandum of compromise. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2023 entered into between the petitioner and the respondent is also placed on record before this Court. The joint memorandum of compromise has been duly signed by the respective parties to the dispute and the counsels have also counter signed the same.

2. In terms of the joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2023, this petition is disposed of. The joint memorandum of compromise dated 12.09.2023 shall form part of this order. In view of the order passed in Arb.O.P. (Com.Div.)No.402 of 2022, the connected applications as well as the E.P. are also disposed of in terms of the joint memorandum of compromise.
