ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act, Coimbatore to dispose the case in C.C.No.15 of 2012 as early as possible within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Special Judge for TNPID Act, Coimbatore to expedite the trial in C.C.No.15 of 2012 and complete the same, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the Trial.
