Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give adequate police protection for construct the compound wall in the petitioner land bearing Patta No.5072 in Survey Nos.92/1, 92/3, 92/4 and 92/5 measuring to the total extent of 2.88 Acre situated at Kanathur Reddykuppam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025 and considering the same within stipulated time. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st and 2nd Respondents to give adequate police protection for construct the compound wall in the petitioner land bearing Patta No.5072 in Survey Nos.92/1, 92/3, 92/4 and 92/5 measuring to the total extent of 2.88 Acre situated at Kanathur Reddykuppam Village, Tiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2025, considering the same within stipulated time.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
