No. 14 of 2011.

O R D E R

Heard Mr. M.R.Raghavan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. G.Ameedius, Learned Government Advocate appearing for the First and Second Respondents and Mr. K.Sudalaikannu, Learned Counsel for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties. 2.

Learned Counsel for both sides submits that the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and the entire dues to the Third Respondent has been paid to him by the Petitioner and it has been agreed that the Petitioner is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited before the Second Respondent and they have jointly made endorsement to that effect in the court record. In view of the same, the Petitioner is at liberty to make necessary application for the withdrawal of the amount that has been deposited by the Petitioner before the Second Respondent.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
