This case is taken up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the appellant, Ms.N.B.Sureka is present. Mr.S.Balaji,

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT It is informed by Mr.S.Balaji, Manager, National Insurance Company Ltd that, the entire amount deposited by the appellant was withdrawn by the claimants. Therefore, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the civil miscellaneous appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant Insurance company, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition, if any, is closed.
