This petition has been filed to direct the Hon'ble Additional Sessions Judge-III at Salem to accept the sureties of the mother and sister of the petitioner in pursuance of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11789 of 2022 dated 13.06.2022 on the file this Hon'ble Court in S.C.No.302 of 2015 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Salem in Crime No.317 of 2014 on the file of the respondent Police.
