A.No.2938 of 2024 in C.S.No.652 of 2013 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs, seeking permission to file the documents mentioned in the schedule as additional documents.

2. On perusal of the records, it is seen that the documents mentioned in the serial Nos.1 to 8 in the schedule are orders of this Court and the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. Though the copy of orders passed by the Court can be relied upon, the same cannot be marked as documents. As far as the document mentioned in S.No.9 is concerned, it is a Memorandum of Writ Petition. The deposition/affidavit of the living person cannot be marked as a document. Therefore, the document in S.No.9 cannot be marked as a document.

3. Further, the present suit is of the year 2013. The documents mentioned in S.No.10 and 11 are of the year 2013. But the applicant has not stated any reason as to why, these documents were not filed along with this plaint itself or immediately after the receipt of these documents. Further, the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this application, are not satisfied.
