O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner by way of foisting false case against the petitioner.

2.Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the First Information Report was registered in Crime No.692 of 2020 as women missing case. In this regard the petitioner was called for an enquiry.

4.Once the petitioner is called and enquired, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioner in future in the name of enquiry except by issuing summons.

5.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
