PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the Learned Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri to expedite of O.S.No.111 of 2018 within the period of three months.

This Petition is filed seeking direction to the Learned Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri to expedite the trial in O.S.No.111 of 2018 and for disposal within a period of three months.
2.The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners submitted that the First Respondent filed Suit for the relief of Specific Performance of the contract on the basis of the sale agreement dated 05.11.2012. After filing of the Suit, the First Respondent is not proceeding with the Suit and he is filing one Petition after another and protracting the proceedings. Written statement has been filed in this case.
3.It appears that an amendment Petition has been filed by the First Respondent for amending the prayer and in this Petition, notice has been sent to the Respondents and that amendment Petition in I.A.No.10 of 2021 is not disposed. Issues are also not framed in this case.

4.Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the Petitioners and also the fact that there are applications filed one after another, the Learned Additional District Judge, Krishnagiri is directed to dispose the Suit in O.S.No.111 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 5.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
