The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking a Mandamus directing the respondents 2 to 4 to issue Hall Ticket to him to appear in the Entrance Examination for admission to P.G.Degree/Diploma/6 years M.Ch(Neurosurgery) Course in Tamil Nadu Government Medical Colleges scheduled to be held on 01.03.2015.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions, submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

3.In view of the said submission, this Court is of the opinion that, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
