ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the respondents.
2. The matter is listed under the caption "for dismissal", today. As early as on 06.06.2019, it was represented by the learned counsel
on record for the petitioner that he has already given change of vakalath. Till date, no new counsel has entered appearance on behalf of the petitioner, nor the petitioner is present before this Court, despite the fact that the petitioners name has been printed in the cause list. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision petition.
3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
4. At this stage, the learned counsel for the respondents seeks for a direction that the suit may be disposed of expeditiously. Considering the year of the suit i.e. 2013, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
