O R D E R

The petitioners herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 419, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 420 of IPC in Crime No.30 of 2023, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for the hearing the learned counsel appearing for the Intervenor and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners were already granted anticipatory bail, however suppressing the same, these petitions were filed.

3. In view of the same, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed with cost. The petitioners are directed to deposit a sum of Rs.2,000/- each as non-refundable deposit to the credit of District Legal Services Authority, Coimbatore within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
