ORDER

The petitioner is an association seeking for a direction upon the respondents 1 to 3 to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 27.01.2015.

2. In the said representation, the petitioner association finds fault with the officials for grant of assignment of Government land to the 4th respondent. They would state that the 4th respondent's father is a wealthy pattadar and the 4th respondent is residing abroad.

3. Admittedly, the petitioner is not an applicant for grant of assignment nor the petitioner states that this writ petition is a public interest litigation. Hence, no useful purpose will be served by directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2015. Further more, unless and until the order of assignment is challenged, no relief can be granted, that too, at the instance of the petitioner.
