ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of petitioners appeal dated 16.02.2023 for granting patta by the 3rd respondent.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he purchased property in Ale Natham Village Survey Nos.14/2, 15/1 & 16/2 by way of sale deed in Doc.No.1254/2021. Thereafter, the petitioner applied for patta transfer on 13.12.2022, however, the same was rejected by the third respondent. Hence, the petitioner filed an appeal before the second respondent on 16.02.2023, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the appeal of the petitioner dated 16.02.2023 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
