Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.13508 of 2026 is allowed.

2. The petitioners/appellants are permitted to effect substituted service by paper publication. The same shall be effected on or before 30.06.2026 for the hearing on 14.07.2026. The petitioners shall effect paper publication as far as respondents 2 to 4 are concerned in Tamil Daily having wide circulation in Kancheepuram District.

As far as 5th respondent is concerned, the petitioners are permitted to effect paper publication in an English Daily having wide circulation at Hyderabad.

3. List the matter on 14.07.2026.
