Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and quash the order of suspension, dated 24.12.2014 passed by the second Respondent in his proceedings in ROC.No.9441/2014/N7, and consequently to direct the second Respondent to reinstate the petitioner in service with retrospective effect from the date of suspension with all back wages and attendant benefits in the same office.
