2. The petitioner seeks grant of autorickshaw permit to operate his vehicle within the radius of 30 Kms from the petition mentioned bus stand. He has given an application dated 21.04.2025 to the respondent. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear, I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. 2. In the order dated 15.05.2025, the petitioner's name has been wrongly mentioned in the cause title as "M.Antonisamy, S/o, Michael, D.No.29/17-F, Murugan Nagar, Yercaud, Salem-636 001", whereas the petitioner's name is "K.Sathish Kumar".

3. Registry is directed to correct the said typographical error and replace the petitioner's name in the cause title as "K.Sathish Kumar, S/o Kaliyappan, D.No.243/311, 4th Cross, Thandavan Nagar, Salem-636 003 and issue the corrected copy to the parties.
