C.M.P.No.11717 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.72728 of 2022 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 851 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against judgment and decree dated 18.10.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.1422 of 2017 on the file of the Special Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Judge/ the Special Sub Judge), Tiruvannamalai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.

4. It is made clear that the claimant will not be entitled for any interest for the delay period of 851 days.
