Krishnamoorthy For respondent in CRP (PD) No.2967 of 2014 : Mr.N.Suresh COMMON ORDER During the last hearing date i.e. On 13.06.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is unable to contact his client and he sought time to get instructions, as to whether anything survives for adjudication in this matter or not.

2. Today, when the matter is listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has given change of vakalth and the entire papers have been handed over to his client. Till date, even after obtaining change of vakalath, the petitioner has neither entered appearance as a party-in-person or engaged a learned counsel. The Civil Revision Petitions are of the year 2014 and the matter has been listed under the caption "for withdrawal", today and also considering the long pendency of the Civil Revision Petitions, it can now be

inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision petitions. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
