It is represented by the Additional Public Prosecutor that the complaint lodged by the defacto-complainant is pending for enquiry and his presence is required for concluding enquiry expeditiously. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on 02.12.2020 for enabling the respondent police to conduct enquiry and the respondent police is directed to conclude the enquiry expeditiously. With the abovesaid observation, the criminal original petition is closed.
