The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reprocess the tender for transportation of bulk ATF by Road Ex Ennore Terminal to various places, vide tender No.HPC/SZ/BULK/A TF/2013-14 for five years with effect from 01.02.2014 as published in Dina Thanthi dated 08.11.2013.

2. Even as per the relief sought for in the present writ petition, the Tender Notification was issued for awarding works for 5 years with effect from 01.02.2014. The said five year period had already expired and therefore, the cause did not exists for further consideration. 2/4

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs.
