C.M.P. Nos. 18116 & 18121 of 2023 in C.M.A. Nos. SR91074 & SR91073 of 2021 SUNDER MOHAN, J These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 462 days in representing the above appeals.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant in both the petitions. 3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the respective affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay is condoned. The learned counsel for the petitioner / appellant in both the petitions is directed to deposit a cost of Rs.1000/- each to the High Court Legal Service Authority, Chennai.

4.Accordingly, these Petitions are ordered.
