2. The petitioner seeks grant of autorickshaw permit to operate his vehicle within the radius of 30 Kms from the petition mentioned bus stand. He has given an application dated 21.04.2025 to the respondent. The respondent is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear, I have not gone into the merits of the matter. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
