The above matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

In paragraph 7 of the order dated 17.12.2020 in C.R.P.(PD)No.2139 of 2020, the first sentence reads that; "The plaintiff is a widow and the defendant is the younger brother of the deceased/plaintiff's husband." The said sentence in paragraph 7 shall stand replaced as, "The plaintiff is a wife of the defendant brother and the defendant is the younger brother of the plaintiff's husband".

3. In paragraph 9 of the order dated 17.12.2020 in C.R.P.(PD)No.2139 of 2020, the middle of the sentence reads that; "....The learned District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram, is hereby directed to take up the interim application and dispose of the same on merits in accordance with law. No costs".

The said sentence in Paragraph 9 shall stand replaced as, ".... The learned District Munsiff cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram, is hereby directed to take up the interim https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/ application I.A.No.181 of 2020 and dispose of the same on merits in accordance with law. No costs".
