This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the respondent on everyday at 1.30 p.m, instead of the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on everyday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders in Crl.OP.No.12847 of 2023 dated 12.06.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 7.30 p.m, until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
