The petitioner was suspended from service by the second respondent vide order dated 25.03.2010. The said order was challenged before the first respondent under Section 153 of the Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983. Since follow up action was not taken by the first respondent to dispose of the revision petition, the petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner received a notice from the first respondent proposing to conduct enquiry at 3 p.m., today. The petitioner therefore wanted the first respondent to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible.

3. The learned counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, submitted that the Society has already dismissed the petitioner from service on 18.04.2011. It was only thereafter, the petitioner has challenged the suspension order before the first respondent. According to the learned counsel, nothing survives for adjudication.
4. The revision petition filed by the petitioner under Section 153 of the Co-Operative Societies Act, 1983, challenging the order passed by the second respondent is now pending on the file of the first respondent. The pendency is proved by the Notice sent by the first respondent.
5. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the revision petition filed by the petitioner dated 22.03.2012 on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. The connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
