This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to permit the petitioner exempting him to pay the Court fee of Rs.23,273/- in the C.M.A.SR.No.76014 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has filed the Appeal for enhancement of compensation and along with the Appeal, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking exemption of Court fee of Rs.23,273/- on the ground that, even though the award has been passed on 13.03.2020, so far, the Insurance Company has not deposited the awarded amount and that apart, due to the pandemic Covid-19, the petitioner is not in a position to pay the Court fees.

4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner to pay the Court fee, at present, with a direction to pay the same at later stage. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order.
