This writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, challenging the orders passed by the first respondent/Labour Court in C.P.No.5 of 2012 dated 27.05.2013 and to quash the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and perused the records. No representation on behalf of the second respondent. 3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the first respondent/Labour Court has disposed of C.P.No.5 of 2012 on 27.05.2013 directing the petitioner Management to pay a sum of Rs.9452/- towards 9% interest on the principle amount to be paid. However, as seen from the records, as per the interim orders passed in MP.No.1 of 2014 in 2/4

WP.No.1199 of 2014 dated 23.01.2014, the petitioner Management has deposited Rs.9452/- towards 9% interest on the principle amount to be paid before the first respondent /Labour Court on 24.02.2014 vide Cheque no.946427. Since the order of the first respondent/Labour Court has already been complied with by the petitioner Management voluntarily, as per the direction of this Court by way of interim orders, cause does not survive any more in this Writ Petition since the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 4.This Writ Petition is dismissed, as having become infructuous.
